Welcome to Haus of Boujee.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Haus of Boujee website and your purchase of products from us. Throughout these Terms, “Haus of Boujee”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating Haus of Boujee.
By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Online Store
Our website provides customers with access to Haus of Boujee products, content and related services.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of promotional offers, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately, including their colours, finishes, dimensions and features.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.
Product availability may be limited and products may be discontinued or become unavailable without notice.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a product does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.
Orders remain subject to payment verification, product availability and our ability to fulfil the order.
Please ensure that your contact, billing and shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
5. Pre-Orders
From time to time, Haus of Boujee may offer products for pre-order.
Any estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe displayed for a pre-order is an estimate and may be subject to reasonable changes due to manufacturing, freight, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay affecting your pre-order, we will endeavour to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to pre-order purchases.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be fulfilled.
Where third-party payment providers such as buy-now-pay-later services are available, your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy and/or displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates only unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Products
Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible purchases and cannot simply be removed through a retailer's terms and conditions.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be applied per transaction;
- promotions apply during the advertised promotional period and while stock lasts; and
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previously completed purchases.
Nothing in a promotional condition limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Haus of Boujee website, including our branding, logos, product names, photography, graphics, designs, videos, written content and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to Haus of Boujee unless otherwise stated.
You may access the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or use our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Reviews, Content & Submissions
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial or other content to Haus of Boujee, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

We may moderate or remove content from our own platforms where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or unrelated to the relevant product or service.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any rights available to you under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
